Les s\u00e9ances, adapt\u00e9es selon la probl\u00e9matique rencontr\u00e9e, sont construites autour d\u2019exercices de respiration, de relaxation et de visualisations. En effet, il s\u2019agit de pleins de petites choses, trucs et astuces, qui mis bout \u00e0 bout permettent de relativiser toutes sortes de situations et finalement d\u2019aller au del\u00e0 de nos \u00e0 priori tout en douceur. C\u2019est une sorte de souffle int\u00e9rieur qui vous pousse \u00e0 prendre la bonne d\u00e9cision et donc insidieusement \u00e0 donner le meilleur de soi \u00e0 tout moment. C\u2019est assez impressionnant tant cette force invisible est puissante. Puis, en m'expliquant le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de la s\u00e9ance.\nJ'ai pu me d\u00e9tendre physiquement par des exercices de d\u00e9tente corporelle progressive et de visualisation, guid\u00e9s par sa voix. Je me sentais sereine et d\u00e9tendue apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9ance.\nLes diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes enseign\u00e9es m\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques tout au long de ma grossesse. Tout \u00e0 chang\u00e9 avec Guillaume, il a pris le temps d'\u00e9couter ma fille et a su s'adapter parfaitement \u00e0 son temp\u00e9rament et son \u00e2ge (tout doit aller vite pour les ados). Guillaume a une qualit\u00e9 ind\u00e9niable, il sait \u00e9couter, il sait \u00eatre bienveillant et met en place des exercices rapide et efficaces. Cela a permit de capter toute l'attention de ma fille qui aujourd\u2019hui encore me redemande des s\u00e9ances avec Guillaume. Je ne peux que vous le recommander, c'est bien un don qu'il a et sait le mettre \u00e0 profit au service des gens. As I had tried (and failed...) things like meditation before I must say I was a bit skeptical at the start which turned out to be totally unnecessary. Guillaume\u2019s professionalism, coupled with his second-to-none listening skills and pleasant voice made me feel at ease from our very first session. He truly understood my personal needs and adapted the sessions to that. He managed to build up the intensity and duration of the sessions to a degree that my mind could handle and I soon found out I was benefiting from this way more than I expected at the outset. I now feel more balanced, in-control and able to handle both the demands of my new job as well as the home-working situation a LOT better! Guillaume Ortega a pris le temps de d\u00e9finir un programme adapt\u00e9, il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et s\u2019est toujours montr\u00e9 patient et compr\u00e9hensif, \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s disponible.\nAu fil des rendez-vous, j\u2019ai pu observer les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques des s\u00e9ances sur mon mental et mon bien-\u00eatre. Toute demande de ma part a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte. Je le remercie encore pour ses pr\u00e9cieux conseils et le recommande vivement \u00e0 toute personne d\u00e9sireuse de tenter ou de poursuivre des s\u00e9ances de sophrologie.
